Made in World War 2, these crisps were Torrington’s contribution to Britian’s snacking habits; cooked and sold by what is now Taff’s chip shop next door to the museum.
Firebricks
These 17th Century firebricks came from a house in Torrington. The religious inscriptions are much easier to understand if read aloud in a Devon accent!
